Software work, built by people you actually talk to.
Seroliana is an Irish consultancy building and advising on software for corporate clients across the UK and Europe. No account layers, no handoffs — just the people doing the work.
Three ways we work with a business
Engagements are usually a mix of these, scoped to what the problem actually needs — not a fixed package.
Software Development
Custom applications, internal tools and integrations, built and documented like production infrastructure — not throwaway prototypes.
IT & Technical Consultancy
Architecture reviews, technology selection and delivery advisory for teams shipping software, handed back as clear, actionable recommendations.
Systems Integration & Distribution
Connecting the software a business already runs, and packaging what gets built for reliable distribution to the people who use it.
Four stages, in order, every time
The same sequence for a two-week fix and a six-month build — just scaled differently.
Discovery
We start by understanding the problem, not the requested solution. Short, focused conversations — not a lengthy questionnaire.
Architecture
A written plan of what will be built and why, agreed before a line of code ships, so there are no surprises later in the engagement.
Build
Work happens in the open, with regular, concrete check-ins — real progress you can see, not status reports written to sound like progress.
Handover
Documentation and a proper handover at the end, so the software is yours to run — not ours to hold.
A small consultancy, on purpose
Seroliana Limited is a computer consultancy based in Dublin, working with corporate clients across the United Kingdom and Europe. The company is newly established and deliberately small: engagements go straight to the person doing the work, without account managers or subcontracted delivery teams in between.
Ireland's position gives the practice a stable, EU-based footing for working across borders, while staying close enough to move quickly. Seroliana is currently taking on a limited number of new engagements as the practice grows.
